MPOWER accesses home country credit reports for select countries via Nova as part of the application process. To access your NOVA credit report, the following personal information (but not limited to) is required; however, this can differ depending on your citizenship country:
- Personal identification details such as full name, date, and place of birth
- Contact Information such as the current address in your home country, email address, and phone number
- A valid government-issued ID, such as a passport
Still unable to access your home country credit report? You are advised to wait at least 7 business days while MPOWER resolves any identified issues. You can check the progress of your application on your MPOWER Portal and keep an eye out for any communication from MPOWER at your email address.
