MPOWER accesses your home country credit report via Nova as part of the application process. To access your NOVA credit report, the following personal information (but not limited to) is required; however, this can differ depending on your citizenship country:

- Proof of employment (if applicable)
Still unable to access your home country credit report? You are advised to wait for at least 7 business days while MPOWER resolves any identified issues. You can check the progress of your application on your MPOWER Dashboard and keep an eye out for any communication from MPOWER at your email address.
