We understand that applying for an MPOWER loan is an important step, and we’re here to support you throughout the process.  We will notify you when your loan application is about to expire if you fail to take the next requested action. If you receive a loan approval, your loan offer will be valid for 90 days.

We’ll send you task reminders such as submitting additional documents or answering questions, so please check your email regularly for timely updates.

If your application expires, don’t worry! You can submit a new application, and we’ll prioritize it by using your previous information and documents, where applicable, to speed up the process.
