How do I update my name and address?

Update your info:

• Before Your Loan is Disbursed
  • Email: Email mpower.me@mpowerfinancing.com with your full name, application ID, and the details of the change.
    • Subject line: Use "Name Change Request" or "Address Update Request" for fast processing.
• After Your Loan is Disbursed
  • Email: Email the MPOWER servicing team with your full name, loan ID, and update details.
    • Subject line: Use "Name Change Request" or "Address Update Request."

Updating your address in the US/Canada:

• No documents needed: Just email or contact MPOWER.

Changing your permanent address:

• Required documents: Provide proof, such as:
  • Utility bill (like electricity or water)
  • Signed lease (rental agreement)
  • Bank statement or loan document
  • University letter (like an admission letter)
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Property tax bill or income tax return
• If living with someone else: Include their government-issued photo ID and the complete MPW Relationship Declaration Form.

Tip: Ensure documents are recent (within the last 90 days), except for IDs, admission letters, and leases.
