IRS Form 1098-E reports the interest paid on student loans to reduce your taxable income. You'll receive this form if you paid interest last year. Depending on your Social Security Number (SSN) status:
- If you don't have an SSN, you can contact our servicing team to request an interest-paid letter from your servicer. It will be ready in 10 business days.
- If you just received your SSN, congratulations! You can submit your SSN card to our servicing team to generate the 1098-E form in your Launch portal.
- If your SSN is on file, log into the Launch Portal, go to the "History" tab, and select "Tax Documents" to access your 1098-E form.
