To update your Social Security number (SSN) with MPOWER, please follow these steps:
- If your loan has not yet been disbursed: Please send a copy of your SSN to mpower.me@mpowerfinancing.com. Our team will update your records promptly.
If your loan has been disbursed: Please send a copy of your SSN to servicing@mpowerfinancing.com to update your MPOWER records and the Launch servicer portal. Please note that this process may take up to 15 days.
