The Launch servicing platform provides all the information about your MPOWER loan repayments. Below is a step-by-step guide to access the required information:  

Monthly Due Amount:

• Loan Servicer Portal: Log in to the Launch Servicing Portal, MPOWER’s loan servicer.
• Dashboard: Your Launch dashboard will display your current balance, due amount, and next payment due date.
• Notifications: MPOWER’s loan servicer, Launch, send monthly statements or reminders via email detailing your due amount and payment due date. Ensure your email is updated and you have selected email as your preferred communication mode to receive these notifications.

Finding Payment History:

• Online Account Access:
  • Log In: Visit the Launch Servicing Portal and log in with your credentials.
  • Payment History Tab: Navigate to the "Payment History" tab to review all your past payments.
• Monthly Statements:
  • Email Notifications: If you have selected a paperless mode of communication on Launch Portal. You will receive the monthly statements from Launch at your registered email address. These statements provide a detailed transaction history, including payments made and current balances.

Print or Download: You can download or print these statements for your records.
