You can check your monthly payment amount and history through Launch, MPOWER's loan servicer. Within approximately 10 days after your first loan disbursement, you'll get a welcome email with an account number to set up your Launch account. The Launch Portal is easy to use and lets you manage your loan payments and see your current balance, the amount due, and payment due dates.
Launch also sends monthly statements or reminders by email showing your amount due and payment due date. To ensure you receive these emails, log in to the Launch Portal, go to your profile settings, and update your email preferences.
Steps: Once you log in to your Launch Portal with your details, for the account you’d like to explore, click on the “Manage account >” button. Scroll to the relevant loan ID at the bottom and click it to see the details of your loan. Once there, scroll to the bottom to find the "View transaction history" button, click on it to see all your past payments on the “Loan Transaction History” view.
