If you have not yet accepted our loan offer, please let your Relationship Manager know you would like to cancel your application. Contact us here.
If you have already accepted our loan offer and would like to cancel your loan, you must notify both MPOWER and your school immediately. You can initiate the cancelation via the MPOWER Contact Us Form or by logging into your MPOWER dashboard and selecting the “Manage My Loan” option.
If funds have already been sent to your school, you must continue making full payments until we receive the returned funds from your school. MPOWER normally processes loan cancellations and adjustments within 10-15 business days upon receipt of returned funds.
