You can choose to cancel your application before the date of disbursement without any additional charges. Please contact the MPOWER support team for assistance here.

After your loan is disbursed, inform MPOWER and your school immediately to return the funds, as some charges may apply. Continue making payments until the funds are returned. MPOWER will process the cancellation within 10 to 15 business days.
