We understand how important it is for you to get your school certification, especially with your payment deadline approaching. MPOWER sends the certification request at least 45 days before the term start date. However, we can accommodate earlier requests based on the school’s requirements. We recommend contacting your school’s financial aid office, as they oversee the certification process, which may take two to six weeks. If the deadline is near, please know that our team is ready to support you by communicating with your school on your behalf.
