It’s easy to find your account number or loan ID. Here’s how:
- Welcome email from MPOWER: Your loan ID and account number are included in the welcome email(s) you received from MPOWER with the subject line “Your Loan is Disbursed! Here’s What’s Next”. Refer to the screenshot below:
- Welcome email from Launch: Check your email inbox for the welcome message from Launch, which includes your Loan ID. You’ll also receive an email from Launch notifying you of your payment schedule, which contains both your ‘Account Number’ and ‘Loan ID’.
