Yes, you can use online bill-pay to make payments on your MPOWER loan serviced by Launch Servicing. You have two main options:
Pay Via Your Launch Servicing Account:
Steps
- Log into your Launch Servicing account from any mobile device or computer. If you don’t have an account, you must create one first.
- Choose to make either a one-time or recurring payment from your checking or savings account. You can also make one-time payments using a debit card.
- Payments made before 6 PM Central Time will be credited to your loan that day. Payments made after 6 PM will be credited the following day and viewable in your account the next business day.

Pay Via Your Bank or Credit Union’s Bill Pay Service:
- Contact your financial institution to set up bill pay.
- Search for "Launch Servicing" in the Payee search feature on your bill pay site. If you cannot find it, you’ll need to enter the following details manually:
- Payee Name: Launch Servicing
- Address: PO BOX 845073, Dallas, TX 75284-5073
- When setting up bill pay, you will need your account and loan number. Be sure to separate them with a dash (-) when entering this information.
