- U.S. or Canada: Contact TransUnion directly at +1-800-888-4213.
- International accounts: Contact NOVA Credit at +1-844-423-1345.
- Gather supporting documents: Collect any documentation that supports your claim, such as payment records or account statements.
- Submit a dispute: File your dispute with the relevant credit bureau, providing a detailed explanation of the error and your supporting documents.
- Monitor and follow up: Track your dispute and follow up if necessary. Once resolved, ensure the correction is reflected in your credit report.
