MPOWER allows you to edit or update your applications based on the status of your application. Follow the steps below to update your application:
Before Application Submission
If you have started your application but have not yet submitted it, you will get an opportunity to update any details of a specific section, before you move on to the next one. It is recommended to keep the set of information ready before you start your application. Click here to learn about the documents and information required for completing your application.
After Application Submission
If you've already submitted your application, contact MPOWER's relationship managers to update the following sections on your application before the decision on your loan application is received:
- Personal Information
- Educational Information
- Financial Information
- Employment Information
- Requested Loan Amount
Remember to submit new documents for the updated information!
You will have to submit another application if you wish to edit the below fields:
- Citizenship: cannot be changed once the application is submitted.
After Loan Decision
If you have already received a loan decision, you cannot make any edits to an approved application; however, if you have a declined application, you can apply with us again after 90 days of receiving the decision.
