If you are attending a U.S. school, School Certification is used to confirm the information on your application with your school. School Certification confirms your program enrollment, graduation date, financial needs, loan amount and disbursement details. During this process, MPOWER communicates directly with your school, and no additional documents are required from you.

Your school may certify a lower amount than MPOWER approved or select different disbursement dates than you would like. It is important for you to discuss any amounts requested for living expenses or need for specific disbursement dates with your school. We will only disburse the amounts certified by your school on the dates requested by your school.

Please note that School Certification does not apply to Canadian schools.
