If your application is approved, MPOWER will send you a visa support letter. This visa support letter will include details about your approved loan amount, the name of your university, and the intended use of the funds.

Your visa support letter will be attached to an email with the subject line:  "Your MPOWER support letter is attached." To find your approval letter online, log into your MPOWER Portal and go to the "Details" page under "Loan Documents."

Submit the support letter to your school to receive your I-20. Submit the I-20 and your support letter with your visa application. 

If you can't find your letter, please contact your relationship manager. They’ll be happy to send you another copy.
