If your application is approved, MPOWER will send you a visa support letter. This visa support letter will include details about your approved loan amount, the name of your university, and the intended use of the funds.
Your visa support letter is always available to you on the MPOWER Portal. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your MPOWER Portal
- Click "Complete Now" or "View Details" on the relevant application
- On the next page, scroll down to see a prompt to "Download your visa support letter" and click the "Download Now" button.
Your visa support letter will also be attached to an email with the subject line: "Your MPOWER support letter is attached." Then, you can submit the support letter to your school to receive your I-20. You can find the visa application process here.
