If you’re yet to e-sign your loan documents:
- Click or tap on “Tap to open document” to open your loan offer document.
- On your loan offer page, click on “Scroll to bottom”, to populate and see your e-sign code automatically.
- This code will auto-fill in the "Verification code:" section. If it doesn't, manually enter the code from the last page of the offer document. Here you can acknowledge the terms and click on “Accept Loan Terms” to successfully e-sign your loan.
If you’ve already e-signed your loan documents:
- Log into your MPOWER Portal and locate your approved loan application.
- Click on “View Details” for the loan application for which you want to view documents.
- On the next page, click on “View Details” on the top right side.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Loan Documents” drop-down. Here, you’ll find all disclosures and documents related to your application.
- To see your final loan document, find “E-Signed Loan Documents” (image above) and click on the yellow eye to open it. You can also download your final loan document for future reference.
