Proof of ID:
If you hold a passport or a government photo ID mentioning your citizenship country, you can upload the same for your application with MPOWER.
Further, based on your citizenship status, the below documents may be relevant:
- U.S. permanent resident: Green card or EAD card.
- DACA: EAD card with category C33 mentioned.
- Refugee/Asylee: EAD card category such as C08, A03, A04, or A05.
Tips: You must submit a valid and clear copy of your ID.
Proof of Address:
Please find the relevant documents below :
- Utility bill (e.g., electricity, water, gas) or insurance company bill
- Signed lease (e.g., home rental)
- Bank statement or loan document (e.g., loan disclosure)
- Physical letter from university (e.g., admission letter)
- Government-issued photo ID or document
- Property tax bill or income tax return
- If you reside with a family member or friend, provide their ID and complete the MPW Relationship Declaration Form.
Tips: The document(s) you provide must be valid and within the last 90 days of uploading (except ID, admission letter, and lease).
