- Check the file size; it must be less than 5 MB. The supported formats are JPG, GIF, PNG, PDF, DOC, or DOCX.
- Upload a clear and high-quality copy to process your documents quickly!
- Turn off pop-up blockers so the upload features on the website can work properly.
- Use a stable Wi-Fi or wired internet connection.
