Setting up automatic payments (autopay) with MPOWER is straightforward:
U.S Accounts:
- Log into Launch: Access your account on the Launch portal, then navigate to the payment section.
- Select Recurring Payments: Choose the recurring payments option and follow the enrollment prompts.
- Set up autopay at least five business days before your due date to ensure processing.

Canadian Accounts:

Register with Northstar: If using a Canadian bank, register via NorthStar and ensure you have a voided check ready.
- Set up autopay on Northstar at least 2 weeks before the due date to ensure timely processing.
- Sign up using your email address and click “Next”.
- Scroll down on the next screen to complete the pre-authorized debit (PAD) form and upload a copy of a VOID cheque or the Direct Debit Authorization Form. Clicking next will submit your request to set up autopay. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the form has been processed.
