If you have credit history in your home country:
If you are unable to complete the Nova Credit Report request and you have credit history in your home country, please contact your home country credit bureau to resolve the issue. You can reapply and submit a new loan application if you have new information.
If you continue to encounter issues or errors, you can contact Nova Credit.
If you do not have credit history in your home country:
If you are unable to complete the Nova Credit Report request and you do not have prior credit history in your home country, you can submit proof that you do not have credit history and continue with your loan application.
To obtain proof that you do not have credit history in your home country, please visit your home country credit bureau, as follows:

Your home country’s credit bureau will provide you with a document or email indicating that you do not have any credit history, which you must then upload to your MPOWER dashboard.
The document or email from the credit bureau must meet the following requirements:
- Issued within the last 90 days. The date you accessed the credit bureau must be clearly visible.
- Shows no visible or electronic signs of modification or tampering.
- Be uploaded in the non-editable format received from the credit bureau (e.g., such as PDF).

The following items must be included and be clearly visible:
- Personal information, including your name
- The name, logo, letterhead, or email address from the credit bureau
Upload this documentation in the “Upload My Documents” section of the MPOWER Dashboard under “Other Documents.”
What should I do if I can’t authenticate with either Nova or my home country credit bureau?
Please provide an explanation as to why you don’t have a credit report for consideration. An acceptable explanation will describe why you don’t have credit history, or why you don’t have access to your credit report.
