In the meantime, here are some helpful tips: 

• If your first name is long and gets cut off you can still register with Launch. Just enter the first 12 characters of your name. 
• You don’t need to use your middle name when registering. 
• When entering your date of birth, use the U.S. format: month/day/year. For example 05/21/1998.
